Do you ship all over Mexico?
Yes, we ship nationwide on orders over $1,500 MXN. Your order will arrive securely packaged and with the necessary care.
When do you send the bags and how long do they take to arrive?
Shipments are made 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation, depending on the number of orders.
Shipments are processed only from Monday to Friday.
The delivery time may vary depending on the area and the assigned courier service.
What is your return policy?
- You can request a refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your product.
- Returns do not apply if the product was used, damaged, shows wear and tear, or if the original packaging is deteriorated (except for minimal opening for inspection).
- Shipping costs are borne by the User, except in case of defects or errors by Shimco.

How should I care for my leather bag?
Avoid prolonged exposure to sun and moisture. Clean it with a soft, dry cloth and store it in its protective case when not in use.
